Property Photo Match · JR Photo & Video
Property media, with the details thought through
Meet Property Photo Match: a direct JR Photo & Video booking channel for thoughtfully planned listing photography, video and floor plans.

Property Photo Match is a direct property media enquiry and booking channel with fulfilment by JR Photo & Video. We help agents, property managers and authorised owners turn a campaign requirement into a clear photography brief. Despite the word “Match” in our name, we are not an independent comparison panel and we do not invite several photographers to compete for your enquiry.
Our focus is practical: understand what the property needs to show, confirm the media and arrange the work around the people and deadlines involved. The site gives that process a clear starting point, supported by guides that help you prepare before a shoot is booked.
Start with the campaign
A property campaign can involve an agent, an owner, an occupant, a stylist, a marketing administrator and a designer. Each person may know a different part of the brief. We ask for a nominated contact so the studio can work from one agreed scope instead of trying to reconcile several versions of it on the day.
The first conversation establishes the property type, location, requested media and file deadline. From there we confirm preparation, access, availability and deliverables. A request is not a confirmed appointment until those details have been accepted. That distinction matters when an agent needs to give the owner a reliable plan.
Give every part of the media a job
Photography introduces the property and explains the rooms. Video can show movement and connections. Aerial media can place the home in its surroundings where the proposed capture is feasible. A floor plan gives viewers another way to understand the arrangement of spaces. We discuss the combination that suits the campaign rather than assuming every listing needs every product.
The intended publishing channels also matter. A portrait reel, a print brochure and a portal gallery have different presentation needs. Telling us where the media will go helps the studio plan framing, file delivery, branding and review. It also makes it easier to distinguish an included version from a new request later in the campaign.
Use the actual FotoPal workflow
FotoPal supports the property media process with booking requests, property status and gallery access. The screenshots on this site are genuine app screenshots using fictional demonstration properties and people. They show the interface honestly without exposing a customer’s private booking or gallery.
The account setup and features available to an agency are confirmed as part of the working arrangement. A demonstration screen is not proof that a particular appointment is available, that an account has been activated or that a file is ready. The confirmed booking and studio communication remain the basis for those decisions.
Respect the people in the property
An occupied home is still someone’s living space. We ask that preparation and access be arranged through the appropriate contact, with permissions and entry requirements handled for the location. Personal photographs, documents and other sensitive items should be considered before the camera arrives. The final image review provides another opportunity to identify something that should not appear in advertising.
The initial enquiry does not need a tenant roster, identity documents, alarm codes or lockbox combinations. We collect the practical information needed to discuss the work and confirm more detailed access arrangements privately when the booking is being organised.
Be clear about coverage
Adelaide and South Australian enquiries are considered around the location, requested work and schedule. We also welcome interstate enquiries so the requirements and coverage can be discussed. We do not describe that as a guaranteed nationwide crew network or imply that an enquiry has already secured local availability.
The same approach applies to timing and price. Those belong to the agreed booking, with its actual scope and dependencies. We do not copy another provider’s advertised package or promise a turnaround simply because it appeared on a different website.
Prepare with useful information
Our field notes cover practical questions such as preparing an occupied home, choosing campaign versions, reviewing a floor plan and coordinating agency approvals. They are a starting point for a better brief, not a substitute for property-specific advice or an accepted booking.
Photographs and illustrations on the site come from the existing JR Photo & Video / FotoPal marketing library or identified licensed stock. We do not invent customer testimonials, portfolio addresses or sale results around those images. Editing comparisons and floor-plan illustrations are labelled for what they are.
Tell our team what the property needs to show and when the agency needs the files. We will work through the location, scope and available next step with you.
