Information on the site is general campaign preparation guidance. A requested date, service or deadline becomes a booking commitment only when the relevant scope, location, price and availability are agreed with the studio. Interstate enquiries do not imply confirmed nationwide capacity.

The booking agreement identifies the deliverables, permitted use, payment, rescheduling and review arrangements for the actual job. A photograph, illustration or demonstration app screen on this site is not a promise that every booking includes that product or feature.

Property information and access

The authorised booking contact should provide accurate property information and arrange the relevant access and permissions. Site-specific constraints, weather and access can affect the available media scope. A floor-plan illustration or aerial highlight is not a survey or construction document.

Existing JR Photo & Video / FotoPal marketing assets and identified licensed stock illustrate the site. Demonstration app screenshots use fictional people and properties. No testimonial, sale result or customer address should be inferred from an illustration. Image reuse outside this website requires the relevant permission.

Final booking terms are agreed for the work being commissioned. These website terms do not replace that agreement or remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
