Property video can guide viewers through the spaces, connections and setting that matter to a listing. We scope the finished versions around your campaign, whether that means a landscape film, a portrait reel, an agent introduction or a combination.

Give the video a purpose

Tell us where the video will be published and which part of the property story it needs to explain. A living area opening onto a deck needs a different sequence from a brief agent introduction. A portrait social edit also needs deliberate framing rather than an assumption that every landscape scene will crop cleanly.

We confirm the requested versions, branding and any recorded speech before the shoot. Share your publication date and current supplier specifications early enough to include them in the plan.

Plan the essential shots

Agree the main spaces, outdoor relationships and separate structures that should appear. Preparation, access and other contractors can affect what is achievable on the day. Let us know if a room will be unavailable or a particular feature is important to the agent’s approved description.

The property video shot-list guide helps turn those priorities into a practical brief. If an agent will speak, prepare a short approved script and allow a suitable recording opportunity.

Aerial views where feasible

Aerial media can help explain the property within its surroundings. The operator must assess the location, proposed work and conditions before a flight-dependent deliverable is confirmed. Weather and site constraints can affect aerial capture even when indoor media can proceed.

Tell us what the view should communicate. A property location highlight is different from a boundary representation. Any overlay needs an appropriate source and agent review; an aerial photograph is not a survey.

Agree approval and delivery

Choose one person to gather feedback on the edit. Return corrections with scene references or timecodes and distinguish factual changes from a new creative direction or an additional version. Confirm whether downloadable files, a viewing link or both are included.

Music, subtitles and branding should be part of the brief. Check the final video on a phone as well as a desktop, then make sure the actual published post uses the approved version.

Start with the campaign

Fulfilment is by JR Photo & Video. Location, availability, scope and delivery are confirmed for the individual booking. Interstate enquiries can be discussed without a promise of nationwide capacity. Tell our team the property, channels and deadline so we can work through a realistic plan.
